Josh Smith
A hugely talented multi-instrumentalist, Josh brings a wealth of musical, teaching and directing experience to the role of MD with Birmingham’s Voice of the Town.
Having graduated with both a B.Mus and then PGDipEd from the University of Birmingham, Josh has since gone on to establish himself as a leading music practitioner, both in directing vocal and music groups as well as in more formal teaching environments.
Counting the piano, flute, saxophone, guitar, bass and voice among his many instruments, he is at home working across a wide variety of musical genres.
Highly regarded for his infectious personality and skills in leading vocal groups, Josh is excited about establishing Voice of the Town as one of the finest contemporary choirs in the West Midlands.

Rehearsals are held in the bright, airy upstairs events room on a Tuesday from 7pm – 9.30pm.
Term 1: No Rehearsals on March 22nd, April 12th & 19th
Term 2: Rehearsals run consecutively each week
